We stand behind the coaching we deliver. This policy explains exactly when you're entitled to a full refund, and how to request one. It covers coaching packages only — RDP and VPS plans are provisioned as soon as you order and are not covered by this policy; see our FAQ for details.
Our guarantee
If we're unable to deliver your package as specified, you're entitled to a full refund of what you paid. This is a full-delivery guarantee, not a change-of-mind window — it protects you if we fail to hold up our end, not simply if you decide the coaching isn't for you after we've delivered it as promised.
What qualifies for a full refund
- We cancel your engagement and cannot reschedule the calls included in your package
- We fail to deliver a core deliverable listed for your package — for example, the monetization audit, written action plan, or the number of 1:1 calls included
- A scheduling or technical failure on our end (not yours) prevents your package from being completed within the agreed engagement period
What isn't covered
Because revenue outcomes depend on your niche, audience and execution — not just the coaching itself — a refund isn't available simply because your channel's results were lower than hoped, once we've delivered the package as specified. It also doesn't cover sessions you miss or reschedule late on your end, or work already delivered and used (for example, a completed monetization audit or action plan).

Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults (18+) who own or manage a YouTube channel. By booking with us, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Booking & payment
Packages and pricing are listed on our Services page and may change from time to time; the price you agree to at booking is the price for your engagement. Full payment is due at booking, before your first coaching session is scheduled. We accept bank transfer, mobile money (MoMo), card payments, and crypto.
No guaranteed results
We don't guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your niche, audience size, content quality, and how consistently you execute the plan we build together. What we do commit to is delivering the audits, calls, and materials described in your package.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your channel and business when booking and during coaching
- Keep your own YouTube channel and content in line with YouTube's and Google AdSense's terms and policies — coaching does not cover, and will not involve, artificially inflating views, clicks or ad revenue
- Show up to scheduled calls, or reschedule with reasonable notice

Admin Plan Policy

This policy explains what "Admin" means on our Admin RDP plans, and what you can and can't do with the administrator access included.
What Admin access includes
Admin RDP gives you limited administrator privileges on your remote desktop — not unrestricted full administrator control. With this access, you can:
- Install, run and uninstall permitted programs and applications
- Use the pre-installed software already set up on your plan
- Manage your own files, folders and desktop environment
What Admin access doesn't include
Because Admin RDP plans run on shared servers, some actions are restricted to keep the server stable and fair for every user sharing it. You can't:
- Create new user accounts
- Change core Windows settings or Control Panel configuration
- Make changes that could affect server performance or other users on the same shared CPU

RDP Usage Rules

Our RDP plans run on shared servers, so these rules keep the server stable, secure and fair for every user sharing it. By using an RDP or VPS plan from us, you agree to follow them.
Acceptable use
- Use your RDP only for lawful activity — no illegal content, activity or software
- Respect the storage, RAM and CPU allocation of your plan; don't attempt to use resources reserved for other users
- Keep your login credentials confidential and don't share access with people outside your own team
- Follow our for what your administrator access does and doesn't cover
Not permitted
- Cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activity that impacts other users on a shared server
- Attempting to bypass admin restrictions, security controls, or gain access to other users' sessions or data
- Hosting or distributing malware, spam infrastructure, or content that violates the rights of others

Violating these rules may result in a warning, suspended access, or termination without refund, depending on severity. If you're unsure whether something is permitted, before proceeding.
