We stand behind the coaching we deliver. This policy explains exactly when you're entitled to a full refund, and how to request one.
Our guarantee
If we're unable to deliver your package as specified, you're entitled to a full refund of what you paid. This is a full-delivery guarantee, not a change-of-mind window — it protects you if we fail to hold up our end, not simply if you decide the coaching isn't for you after we've delivered it as promised.
What qualifies for a full refund
- We cancel your engagement and cannot reschedule the calls included in your package
- We fail to deliver a core deliverable listed for your package — for example, the monetization audit, written action plan, or the number of 1:1 calls included
- A scheduling or technical failure on our end (not yours) prevents your package from being completed within the agreed engagement period
What isn't covered
Because revenue outcomes depend on your niche, audience and execution — not just the coaching itself — a refund isn't available simply because your channel's results were lower than hoped, once we've delivered the package as specified. It also doesn't cover sessions you miss or reschedule late on your end, or work already delivered and used (for example, a completed monetization audit or action plan).

Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults (18+) who own or manage a YouTube channel. By booking with us, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Booking & payment
Packages and pricing are listed on our Services page and may change from time to time; the price you agree to at booking is the price for your engagement. Full payment is due at booking, before your first coaching session is scheduled. We accept bank transfer, mobile money (MoMo), card payments, and crypto.
No guaranteed results
We don't guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your niche, audience size, content quality, and how consistently you execute the plan we build together. What we do commit to is delivering the audits, calls, and materials described in your package.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your channel and business when booking and during coaching
- Keep your own YouTube channel and content in line with YouTube's and Google AdSense's terms and policies — coaching does not cover, and will not involve, artificially inflating views, clicks or ad revenue
- Show up to scheduled calls, or reschedule with reasonable notice

Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, design, graphics) belongs to 3000TB. Materials we create for you during coaching (audits, action plans, trackers) are yours to use for your own channel; please don't resell or redistribute our frameworks and materials as your own product.

To the extent permitted by law, 3000TB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or this website, including lost revenue or channel penalties imposed by YouTube or other platforms.
